CCPA is the premier provider of medical transportation services in Southeast Missouri. Located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the company was founded in 1968 as a private ambulance service. Since then CCPA has been a leader in the development of emergency medical services and transportation, as well as non-emergency, routine medical transportation. CCPA was:

• the first in the region to offer trained attendants in 1968
• the first Missouri State Licensed EMTs in 1973
