This provides the caller with life saving and injury preventing pre-arrival instructions, including phone instruction on critical life-saving maneuvers such as CPR, Choking, Serious Bleeding and others.  Each emergency ambulance is equipped with cutting edge technology including 12 lead EKG and telemetry capability, leading emergency drugs, and staffed with Missouri Licensed and National Registry certified Paramedics and EMTs.

• Stay Calm, help is on the phone, an ambulance is on its way.
• If on a cell phone, be patient your call may be routed several times.
